Travelin Gal.

As of the end of last week like I mentioned I was heading out to Evo Design in Watertown, Conn.

Well the one visit is now going to be turned in to whenever I want :) I will be heading the 80 miles there 3 to 4 x's a week to work on things. These things being for my personal portfolio of course!

It is great! I can not express how much I appreciate it all! I have a desk space to work and am able to get critiques form the other designers and the president Aaron Szymanski. Every one is so nice and helpful. The environment there is awesome.

Here is a project that I started last week and will be working on all this week:

A broom and dust pan for small apartments and limited storage areas. I am segmenting my sketching in to two sections. Designs that can left out in to the room if possible and designs that can be stored but don't take up space. Here is a glimpse of where I am as of now - they are rough but the finals will be posted as soon as they are done.

After this project there are a few more that I have ready to start and I am very excited to get to work on them all!

Some new things...

I have been going over and tweaking some things over the course of summer and I have beefed up ( literally) my BBQ concept and added a little to the tea pot that I designed over the my last term.



This is also an older project that I am revamping to add to my portfolio. It was a sponsored project with McGill AirFlow LLC. We redesigned their Leak Detective Kit - this system are usedwhen testing HVAC's in buildings.
They are all not much for right now but everything if you have noticed have been getting a bit of an over haul. This evening marks the newest version of my website! Check everything out!

Missing in Action

I know I have been randomly here latley but second semester senior year is unbelievably everywhere all at once let me tell ya!

I have ordered my portfolio today and am currently working on finishing the lovely inserts that will grace its pages.... :)

Now that it is coming to a close I am able to share a lot of what I have been working on. With that said I will be sharing with you my website! www.cassandracappello.com there is also a new link on the side bar too!

Check it out! Things are still being uploaded and little tweaks are happening but for the most part it is done. Hope you like!

CARDS!

My business cards came in today! I am so excited and so so happy with them all! It seems like things are getting done!
Spring break has already started for me and I have a lot that I want to accomplish! I will be sharing it along the way! First up the finishing of the website! I am so excited to share it all with you. Please stay tuned, things are a happening.

Portfolio and Leave Behind mock ups.

Here is just round one of mock ups for my portfolio and my leave behind and teaser.

It opened and there are little pockets for my cover letter and resume and for my portfolio pages which will be double sided. My logo will be printed on the cover. But that is for the next mock up.

This is my teaser / leave behind. The font will have my logo on it. When opened there is a little area for my card. The pages will be double sided and my resume will be a fold out that is perforated so they can fold it if need be.


Again these all area work in progress. But I am getting excited! I am finishing up my card and resume! Those will be up soon! YEAH
